Put some starch, yeast, some full cream milk, drops of olive oil, a tablespoon of yoghurt and a drop of lemon juice.

WHITENING MASK FOR DARK SKIN
Mix all the ingredients together until it is mixed well and becomes a paste then apply it all over your face and keep it for 20 minutes. Then wash your face with cold water. This mask should be used once a week for one month and you will see the obvious results.

A tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice mix them together well, then apply the mask over your face especially near the dark area of the skin on the face and other dark places on your skin.

Massage your face using the finger tips in circular motion gently for 5- 10 minutes then wash your face with warm water. It is sufficient to apply the mask once a week

A very important advice: on applying the mask in to order to get your face tightened avoid talking or any facial reactions completely because this will lead the mask to be cracked open. Also avoid the area around the eyes as the skin in that area is very delicate and if it gets tightened it would cause the appearance of the wrinkles around the eyes. In order to lighten the dark circles around the eye area you should apply milk compresses in order to aid on whitening the dark circles if you have any.

You know, just as I think that angela might be a good person, selfish and self centered (as we all can be), but still a good and kind person, I don’t anymore. She tears up when I tell her about something that makes me sad or is important to me, she listens to my problems and gets truly riled up by them. Compassionate right? Or just emotional. When I say things that are too idealistic yet I believe, I can see that she believes them too. Idealistic right? Or just naive. She donates greatly to the the decor of the suite. Generous right? Or just passive agressively dominating. I usually want to believe it’s the former trait, but would easily forgive the latter. And when angela reveals herself to be selfish, egotistical, uncompromising, unreasonable, not loyal, and manipulative, I recognize those things in her but don’t judge her for them because I can never judge my good friends – the person is more important than the deed or trait. Only two exceptions: (1) when they touch my family or you and (2) when that deed or trait reveals bias based on educational or socioeconomic status.  Today angela told me that her mom does not like the Filipino boy she is currently dating (no, “dating” implies dates. more like booty calling) because he “looks like a monkey.” Not new, I hate angela’s mother. New: she adds that the boy looks “blue collar.” Angela, she says, should instead date another boy who looks “white collar.” Angela rolls her eyes and says her mother is so stupid. I am incredulous, I eat my ramen and think, “God I hate angela’s mother. I have never said this about anyone else in my life [and still will not here because a woman like that is not worth making myself a bad person over, I will however substitute phrases in the place of what I actually thought so you can infere freely] but what right does that morbidly ‘horizontally obtuse’, hateful, , f-’unattractive’ woman have to judge anyone else based on their looks? Dumbass.” So I wondered out loud, trying to be sensitive of angela’s feelings and the fact that her mom’s beliefs are no reflection on her, “Why would she say that? What does something like that even mean?” Angela shook her head like she did not know and asked, “Okay. Jenn, what do I look like? What class?” I said, “Class? What do you mean by class?” Angela looked confused for a second, “You don’t judge people based on that..” No. I do not. Surprise angela! “Sometimes you can tell people’s.. education level and their.. upbringing based on their facial features and the way they act.” “Do you mean like socioeconomic?” She nodded emphatically, happy I had finally understood. “I think that’s really wrong and too general.” “Yeah, I totally agree. My mom’s crazy.”  Me: “How would you even see that?” Angela: “It’s like the way they are raised. When you have money, you are free to focus on certain other things versus when you don’t, and… it’s like…” Me: “What other things?” Angela: “I dont’ know, just like.. other things… and it’s like how polite you are.” Me: “But I feel like Asian cultures are all raised the same – respect your elders, study, be quiet and polite.” Angela: “Yeah, I can’t really tell with Asain people.”

Angela, just when I thought I had found the perfect person to live with next year, now I have to think about being an RA.
